The Annual Meeting of ATNC Monitoring Network was held in Bangkok, 19-21 November 2009, with approximately 35 participants including both regular members and new observers.

Countries and regions represented included: Japan, India, Korea, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia.
